SHIPPING POLICY

Galiéno collaborates with major international delivery companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS and EMS, who work with local couriers, allowing us to ship directly to your door and proudly offer flat shipping rates in the whole world.

Your card will be charged when you place your order and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.

  • Shipping Process

We need on average 1-3 business days to process your order and transport it to our carrier's sorting facility. If your order includes popular items with stock availability issues.

Once your order has started to be processed by our shipping department, we cannot make any changes (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided during checkout.

We only ship on business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to difference in manufacturing partner locations.

  • Follow up

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is shipped to the carrier's sorting facility.

For some shipping companies, it may take several days for tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

  • Deliveries

Galiéno orders typically take approximately 6-9 business days to arrive for domestic orders and 6-11 business days for international orders. Although we do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered on time, Galiéno cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as postal or customs clearance procedures, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, social conflicts, demonstrations, etc. and these interruptions may result in delays beyond our initial delivery estimates.

  • Duties, Taxes and Other Charges:

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or customs clearance fees, which are collected once a shipment arrives in the recipient's country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Galiéno has no control over these fees, and Galiéno cannot predict their amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for all customs and return shipping costs incurred.

Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

  • Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:

Galiéno is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you did not receive it, please report it and/or file a claim with the carrier.

Note: We use the timestamp information from the tracking link and the carrier's delivery confirmation when reviewing damage or return requests and may not be able to honor your claim if it is not not reported.

  • Address Error:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered is correct
